Who may enter
The competition is open to all photographers, amateur or professional, from anywhere in the world.

Short description

The competition is organized by Bloomsbury Publishing Plc and Cricket Properties Ltd.

“ Launched in 2010, the Wisden Cricket Photograph of the Year Competition invites both amateur and professional photographers from across the globe to submit one or more images that capture the spirit, drama or beauty of cricket in the contest year.

There are three categories:
• Men’s professional cricket
• Women’s professional cricket
• Recreational cricket (men, women and juniors) plus any other cricket-related imagery which does not fit into either of the first two Categories.

All photographs entered must have been taken in the 2025 calendar year.

Entry fee
The competition is free to enter.

Prizes
The winner will receive a cash prize of £1,000.
Two runners-up will each receive £400.
