The competition is open to anyone.

Short description

The competition is run by the Head On Foundation, a non-profit organization in Australia.

“ Open to photographers of every level and judged completely anonymously on merit alone, the Awards celebrate the world’s best photography from phone snapshots and studio work to compelling documentary photography.

There are three categories:
• Portrait
• Landscape
• Exposure 

Images can only be submitted online via Head On Photo Festival website.

Entry fees
AUD$30 entry fee per photo
AUD$15 entry fee per photo – for people under 25 years of age

Prizes

• PORTRAIT
The overall winner will receive:

AUD$5,000 cash
Camera kit – OM-1 Mark II + 45mm F2,8 Pro

• LANDSCAPE

AUD$5,000 cash
Camera kit – OM-1 Mark II + 7-14mm F2.8 Pro

• EXPOSURE

AUD$5,000 cash
Camera kit – OM-1 Mark II + 12-100mm F4.0 IS PRO
