Who may enter
The competition is open to anyone 18 years of age or over.

Short description
The competition is organized by the Global Cement and Concrete Association.

The theme of the competition is “Concrete in Life”.

“ The Competition invites the entrant to submit original photos capturing what the entrant considers to be the essence of “concrete in life” at any time of day, be it poignant, inspiring, quirky or amusing.

The competition has three categories:
• Urban and Infrastructure – Images of the cityscapes, buildings, infrastructure around us.
• Concrete in Daily Life – The human side of concrete and how it’s used and interacted with daily.
• Concrete Beauty and Design – Showcasing beautiful uses concrete in the world around us – such as stunningly designed buildings, sculptures or landmarks.

Entry fee
The competition is free to enter.

Prizes
• Overall winner – $10,000
• Urban and Infrastructure – $2,500
• Concrete in Daily Life – $2,500
• Concrete Beauty and Design – $2,500
• People’s Vote – $5,000
